JOBS

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Moving irrigation pipe
• Run a weed eater and rototiller
• Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment
• Build and fix fence
• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing plans
• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
• Assisting with hand harvest of crop
•  lifting and carrying weights in excess of 50 pounds.

HOURLY WAGE WITH PERFORMANCE BONUS

• Must have a clean driving record

• Be knowledgeable about produce and growing practices
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Answer questions about the products
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Assist u-pick customers  
• Process sales transactions
• Calculate the cost of products or services
• Accept payments
